Recognition and Rewards

Events and celebrations held throughout the year include an annual REWARDS gala, which is all about Rewarding Employees Who Are Recognized as Deserving. This program provides an opportunity for employees to nominate and recognize colleagues for exceptional performance and going “above and beyond” for the company, department, colleagues, clients and community.

At Gamma-Dynacare, we view our employees as partners and strive to create a positive working environment and long-term careers for everyone. Accordingly, we acknowledge and honour long-term service and loyalty through our Service Award Program. Awards are presented at various service milestones from five to 40 years of service, and also to employees who retire with at least 10 years of service.

Programs for Families

At Gamma-Dynacare, we take pride in helping the families of our employees through initiatives such as our Scholarship Program and the Children’s Sports Sponsorship Program.

The Scholarship Program’s aim is to encourage our employees’ children to pursue post-secondary education. Gamma-Dynacare awards 15 scholarship grants of $1,250 each to eligible dependents, with a $2,000 grant to the student with the highest overall score.

The Children's Sports Sponsorship Program demonstrates that Gamma-Dynacare values our employees’ family and community spirit, encourages teamwork and helps to promote a healthy balance between work and family life. Every year, each regional Gamma-Dynacare location chooses summer and winter sports teams to sponsor.
