Gamma-Dynacare has a strong quality history and record of success in meeting the quality standards of regulatory agencies and accreditation organizations in every jurisdiction in which we operate.
- In Ontario, all of our main laboratory facilities are fully accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP) and the Ontario Lab Accreditation (OLA) Program;
- Gamma-Dynacare was the first laboratory to have achieved a perfect score under the OLA Program;
- Our Brampton and London laboratories are also licensed by the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act (CLIA);
- Our Montreal laboratory is registered to ISO 15189:2007;
- Our forensic laboratory in London, Ontario, is one of only three laboratories in Canada fully accredited by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA);
- The most recent addition to our network – our laboratory in Winnipeg, Manitoba – is accredited by the Manitoba Quality Assurance Program (MANQAP).
